Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "pt 365" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" refers to the pt 365 online gaming platform operated at pt365.app and all associated services.
• "Player" / "User" / "you" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the pt 365 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created on pt 365, associated with a unique username, Pakistan mobile number, and PKR wallet balance.
• "PKR" refers to the Pakistani Rupee, the sole currency used on pt 365 for all transactions.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits, free spins, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total amount a Player must wager before Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification, including submission of CNIC and supporting documentation as required by pt 365.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to PKR funds deposited by the Player and held in their pt 365 account, distinct from Bonus Funds.
• "Terms" refers to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, including all amendments published on pt365.app.

Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on pt 365, making any deposit, placing any wager, or using any feature of the platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not create an account on pt 365 and must not use the platform in any way. Continued use of pt 365 after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

These Terms are published in English. In the event of any ambiguity in interpretation, the English-language version published at pt365.app/terms-and-conditions shall be the authoritative version.

Eligibility & Age Requirements

To register and use pt 365, a Player must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• Be aged 18 years or above at the time of registration. pt 365 strictly enforces this requirement.
• Be a resident of or located in Pakistan at the time of use.
• Hold a valid Pakistan mobile number capable of receiving SMS.
• Not be subject to any court order or legal restriction prohibiting participation in online gaming.
• Not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of pt 365 or its affiliated entities.

pt 365 reserves the right to request additional proof of age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by pt 365 will result in account suspension pending verification.

Account Registration & Single Account Policy

Each eligible individual may register one and only one pt 365 account. pt 365 employs automated and manual systems to detect duplicate accounts. The following conditions apply to all pt 365 accounts:

• Each account must be registered under the Player's own legal name as it appears on their CNIC.
• Each account must be associated with a unique Pakistan mobile number not previously used on pt 365.
• Account details must be accurate and current at all times. Players must update pt 365 promptly if any registered information changes.
• Account credentials — username, password, and OTP codes — must not be shared with any third party under any circumstances.
• Players must not allow any third party to access or use their pt 365 account, including for the purpose of placing bets on their behalf.

Where pt 365 identifies that a Player holds more than one account, all duplicate accounts will be closed. Real money balances may be consolidated at pt 365's sole discretion; any bonuses credited to duplicate accounts will be forfeited in full. Deliberate creation of duplicate accounts to exploit promotional offers constitutes fraud and may be referred to relevant authorities.

KYC Identity Verification

pt 365 requires all Players to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed. pt 365 may also require KYC completion before certain deposit thresholds are reached.

Documents required for standard KYC verification include:

• A clear, unobstructed photograph or scan of the Player's valid National Identity Card (CNIC) — both front and reverse sides.
• A recent utility bill, bank statement, or other official document confirming the Player's current residential address in Pakistan, issued within the preceding three months.
• In certain cases, a selfie of the Player holding their CNIC alongside a handwritten note with the current date and "pt 365."
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of the Easypaisa or JazzCash account under the Player's registered name).

KYC documents are reviewed by pt 365's compliance team within 24–48 hours of submission. During this period, withdrawal requests will be placed on hold. pt 365 may request additional documentation if submitted materials are insufficient or unclear.

Deposits & Payments

pt 365 accepts deposits via the following Pakistan payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, Raast, HBL bank transfer, and UBL bank transfer. All deposits are processed in PKR. pt 365 does not accept foreign currency deposits.

The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the Player's own name — matching their pt 365 account and CNIC details. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• pt 365 does not charge fees on deposits; however, the Player's bank or payment provider may apply their own transfer charges.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. Current minimum deposit limits are displayed in the pt 365 cashier at the time of transaction.
• pt 365 reserves the right to decline any deposit or request additional verification for deposits that trigger automated fraud or anti-money laundering alerts.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once processing has commenced. Contact pt 365 support via Live Chat immediately if you believe a deposit was made in error.

Withdrawals

Players may request a withdrawal of their Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be fully completed and approved before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be issued to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless pt 365's compliance team has approved an alternative method in writing.
• Withdrawals are processed in PKR only. pt 365 does not issue withdrawals in foreign currencies.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the pt 365 cashier. Amounts above the stated maximum per transaction must be processed in multiple requests.
• pt 365 targets the following indicative processing times: Easypaisa and JazzCash — 1 to 2 hours; SadaPay and Raast — under 1 hour; HBL and UBL bank transfers — 2 to 8 hours. These are targets only; actual times may vary due to banking infrastructure factors outside pt 365's control.
• pt 365 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large withdrawal requests. During such review periods, the withdrawal may be placed on hold for up to 5 business days.
• Any active Bonus Funds balance does not constitute a withdrawable amount until all associated wagering requirements have been met in full.

Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

pt 365 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Pakistani players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms:

• Each bonus offer has specific terms published at the time of the offer, including the wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, minimum qualifying deposit, and expiry date. Players must read the specific bonus terms before claiming any offer.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements on pt 365 bonuses are calculated on the bonus amount unless otherwise stated.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games and certain slot titles may contribute at reduced percentages. Contribution rates are published in the bonus terms for each offer.
• Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be removed from the Player's account without compensation.
• Only one bonus may be active per pt 365 account at a time unless the specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• pt 365 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify terms, or cancel a bonus credited in error at any time. A bonus credited in error does not confer an entitlement to retain the bonus or any winnings generated from it.

Game Rules, RNG & Fair Play

All games on the pt 365 platform are supplied by certified third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Playtech, among others. The following conditions govern gameplay:

• All electronic Random Number Generator (RNG) games on pt 365 use independently certified RNG technology, verified by accredited testing laboratories. Certification details are available from pt 365 support on request.
• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are accurate and verified. RTP figures represent long-term statistical averages across millions of game rounds and do not guarantee individual outcomes for any single session.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pt 365 and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances:

• Using any automated tool, bot, script, or software to interact with pt 365 in place of genuine manual play.
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through such exploitation will be voided.
• Colluding with other players to fix game outcomes, coordinate betting strategy to exploit promotional terms, or engage in any form of cheating.
• Using pt 365 for any money laundering activity or for any activity that constitutes or facilitates financial crime under Pakistan's Anti-Money Laundering Act or any other applicable legislation.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity or payment information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing pt 365 on behalf of another person, including but not limited to managing another player's account, placing bets on their behalf, or transferring funds between accounts.
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts pt 365's platform, servers, or services, including any form of cyber attack, denial-of-service attempt, or data scraping.

Intellectual Property

All content on the pt 365 platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphic designs, software, game content, text, and data structures — is the intellectual property of pt 365 or its licensed game and content providers, and is protected under applicable intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use pt 365 for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any pt 365 content without prior written permission.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on pt 365 platform content.
• Use the pt 365 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any external publication, website, or marketing material without express written consent.
• Commercially exploit any pt 365 content in any manner.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pt 365's liability to any Player is limited as follows:

• pt 365 is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising from a Player's use of or inability to use the platform, howsoever caused.
• pt 365 is not liable for losses arising from internet outages, Pakistan network infrastructure failures, or interruptions to third-party payment services (Easypaisa, JazzCash, HBL, etc.) beyond pt 365's reasonable control.
• pt 365 accepts no liability for gambling losses incurred as a result of a Player's own decisions during gameplay. Gambling inherently involves the risk of financial loss, and Players wager at their own risk.
• In all cases where liability cannot be excluded by law, pt 365's total liability to a Player for any single incident shall not exceed the real money balance held in that Player's account at the time of the incident.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits pt 365's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Pakistani law.

Privacy & Data Protection

pt 365's collection, use, storage, and sharing of Player personal data is governed by the pt 365 Privacy Policy, published at pt365.app/privacy-policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into these Terms and forms part of the agreement between pt 365 and each Player.

By registering on pt 365, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• Personal data collected includes registration information, CNIC details, payment method information, transaction history, and gameplay data.
• Data is used for account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and service improvement.
• pt 365 does not sell personal data to third-party commercial advertisers.
• Players have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data, subject to legal retention obligations.

Responsible Gaming

pt 365 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and the protection of vulnerable players. The following responsible gaming provisions are binding on pt 365 and form part of the service offered to all Pakistani players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits via the Account Settings section of the pt 365 platform. Deposit limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum PKR loss thresholds per session, day, week, or month. Once a loss limit is reached, further wagering activity is blocked until the limit period resets.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel they need a break from gambling may initiate a self-exclusion period via pt 365 Account Settings or by contacting pt 365 support. Account Suspension, Closure & Termination

pt 365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the Player's payment provider.
• Court order or direction from a regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more.
• Player request for voluntary self-exclusion or account closure.

Upon permanent account closure for reasons of Player breach, pt 365 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus funds and associated winnings. Real money balances will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, less any amounts owed to pt 365, unless the closure is due to fraud or financial crime — in which case balances may be frozen pending investigation or legal proceedings.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising from a Player's use of pt 365 shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and pt 365, the following process applies:

1. Informal Resolution: The Player should first contact pt 365 support at [email protected], describing the nature of the dispute in detail. pt 365 will respond within 5 business days with a formal position.
2. Formal Complaint: If the informal resolution does not resolve the matter to the Player's satisfaction, the Player may submit a formal written complaint. pt 365 will conduct a full review and respond within 15 business days.
3. Escalation: If the formal complaint process does not result in a resolution, the matter may be escalated in accordance with pt 365's published escalation procedure.

pt 365's decisions on game results, bonus settlements, and account closures made in accordance with these Terms are final and binding.

Amendments to These Terms

pt 365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pt 365 will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
• Where reasonably practicable, notify active Players via the email address or mobile number registered on their account prior to the amendments taking effect.

Continued use of the pt 365 platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes the Player's unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If a Player does not accept the amended Terms, they should discontinue use of pt 365 and contact [email protected] to close their account and withdraw any balance.
