pt 365 Responsible Gaming
— Because Fun Has Boundaries
At pt 365, we believe online gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — nothing more. Our responsible gaming programme gives every Pakistani player the tools, knowledge, and support they need to stay in control. This page explains what those tools are, how to use them, and where to find help if you ever need it.

Gaming at pt 365 Should Always Be Entertainment
pt 365 is Pakistan's most comprehensive online gaming platform — and with that position comes a responsibility that we take genuinely seriously. Responsible gaming isn't a clause buried in our legal documentation; it's a core product principle that shapes every decision we make, from the tools we build into every player account to the training our support team receives to the way we communicate with players who may be at risk.
We understand that for the vast majority of Pakistani players, online gaming on pt 365 is exactly what it should be — an entertaining way to spend leisure time, whether that's spinning jackpot slots, watching a live cockfighting stream, or placing an in-play bet on an HBL Pakistan Super League match. For most people, gaming is fun, social, and entirely harmless.
But we also know that for a small number of players, gaming can become problematic — and when that happens, the consequences for individuals and families can be serious. pt 365's responsible gaming programme exists to give every Pakistani player on our platform the awareness and the tools to recognise when gaming has stopped being fun, and to take action before harm occurs.
We don't profit from problem gambling. A player who games responsibly with pt 365 for years is far more valuable to us — financially, reputationally, and ethically — than a player who burns through their savings in a few sessions. That's why our responsible gaming investment is genuine, ongoing, and visible.
pt 365 Responsible Gaming Principles
Entertainment First
Gaming at pt 365 should only ever be a form of entertainment — never a financial strategy, an escape from problems, or an emotional coping mechanism.
Informed Players Only
Every player at pt 365 should understand how each game type works, including the house edge, RTP percentages, and the statistical nature of gambling outcomes.
Full Player Control
pt 365 gives every Pakistani player direct, unrestricted access to deposit limits, loss limits, session timers, and self-exclusion — no phone calls or support tickets required.
Proactive Monitoring
pt 365 monitors player behaviour patterns for signs of problem gambling and reaches out proactively to players whose activity suggests they may be at risk.
18+ Always, No Exceptions
Every pt 365 account requires CNIC-based age verification. Underage access is the most serious violation of our responsible gaming policy and is treated as such.
Built-In Tools to Keep You in Control
Every pt 365 player account includes these six responsible gaming tools, accessible from Account Settings at any time without needing to contact support.
Deposit Limits
Set a maximum PKR amount you can deposit per day, per week, or per month. Once your limit is reached, no further deposits are possible until the period resets. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period. You decide what you can comfortably afford — pt 365 enforces it automatically.
Loss Limits
Define the maximum amount in PKR you are willing to lose in a set period. Once your loss limit is reached, pt 365 automatically stops you from placing further wagers until the period resets. Loss limits put a firm PKR ceiling on what gaming can cost you, removing the risk of chasing losses in the heat of the moment.
Session Time Limits
Set a maximum duration for each gaming session on pt 365. When your time limit is reached, the platform will notify you and, if you have configured it to do so, log you out automatically. Session limits help prevent the "just one more spin" pattern that can extend gaming sessions far beyond your original intention.
Reality Check Reminders
Configure pop-up notifications at intervals you choose — every 30, 60, or 90 minutes — during active gaming sessions. Each reality check displays your total session time, your net PKR position for the session, and prompts you to consider whether you want to continue. Reality checks are discreet but effective reminders that time is passing.
Cooling-Off Periods
Take a short, structured break from gaming without fully closing your account. pt 365 cooling-off periods are available from 24 hours to 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, your account is suspended for gaming and deposits — your PKR balance is preserved and accessible when your break ends. No approval process is required.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel you need a longer or permanent break from gaming, pt 365's self-exclusion tool closes your account to gaming and deposits for a period you choose — from 3 months to permanent closure. Self-exclusion is processed immediately. During self-exclusion, pt 365 will also suppress all marketing communications to you.
Is Your Gaming Still Under Control?
Problem gambling can develop gradually — it doesn't always feel like a problem until it has already affected your finances, relationships, or wellbeing. pt 365 recommends that every Pakistani player periodically asks themselves these questions honestly. If you answer "yes" to three or more, we strongly encourage you to use one of our player protection tools or reach out to our support team.
Do you spend more money or time on gambling than you originally planned, on a regular basis?
Have you borrowed money, sold belongings, or used essential funds (rent, groceries, school fees) to fund gambling?
Do you feel restless, irritable, or anxious when you are not able to gamble, or when you try to reduce your gambling?
Have you gambled to escape from stress, boredom, anxiety, depression, family problems, or other personal difficulties?
After losing money, do you frequently return to gambling to try to win it back — commonly known as "chasing losses"?
Have you lied to family members, friends, or colleagues about how much time or money you spend on gambling?
Has gambling negatively affected your work, studies, relationships, or health in any meaningful way?
Have you made unsuccessful attempts to reduce, control, or stop gambling in the past?
18+ Only — Zero Exceptions at pt 365
pt 365 enforces a strict 18+ age requirement for all players. This is not a suggestion — it is a non-negotiable condition of using the platform, enforced through mandatory CNIC-based identity verification during the KYC process. No player can withdraw funds without completing age verification, and our compliance systems flag any account where submitted documentation suggests the player may be under 18.
If any player is found to be under 18 years of age — regardless of how they registered or how long the account has been active — pt 365 will permanently close the account with immediate effect. Any real money balance will be returned to the verified payment method; any winnings generated on the account will be voided without exception.
We strongly encourage Pakistani parents and guardians to be aware of online gambling platforms and to take steps to prevent minors from accessing them. If you share a device with a minor, consider using parental control software to restrict access to gambling sites. If you believe a minor has accessed or registered on pt 365, contact our support team immediately at [email protected] — we will investigate and act as a matter of urgency.
How pt 365 Prevents Underage Access
CNIC Verification at Registration
Every new pt 365 account must provide a Pakistan CNIC number during registration. The CNIC contains the player's date of birth, allowing pt 365 to verify age before the account is fully activated.
Document Scan Verification
During KYC, players must submit clear scans or photos of their physical CNIC. pt 365's compliance team manually reviews all KYC submissions for signs of document alteration, falsification, or underage use.
Withdrawal Gate
No withdrawal is processed until KYC is fully completed and approved. Any player unable or unwilling to verify their identity and age cannot access their funds — providing a final barrier against underage account use.
Ongoing Behavioural Monitoring
pt 365 monitors account behaviour patterns for indicators inconsistent with adult play. Accounts triggering underage-risk flags may be subject to enhanced verification without notice.
How to Keep Gaming Enjoyable at pt 365
Simple habits that every Pakistani player can build into their gaming routine to keep it fun, sustainable, and fully under control.
Set a Budget Before You Play
Decide on a fixed PKR amount you are comfortable spending — and treat it like an entertainment expense, the same way you would budget for a cinema ticket or a meal out. Use pt 365 deposit limits to enforce your budget automatically.
Set a Time Limit for Each Session
Decide how long you want to play before you start — 30 minutes, an hour, whatever feels right — and stick to it. Enable pt 365 session timers to get an automatic reminder when your time is up. Short, intentional sessions are more fun than long, aimless ones.
Never Chase Your Losses
One of the most dangerous patterns in gambling is chasing — betting more to try to recover what you've lost. Losses are part of the game. If you have reached your budget, stop — not because you have to, but because tomorrow is a fresh start. No win is guaranteed, and chasing rarely ends well.
Keep Gaming in Perspective
Gaming is one activity among many. Make sure it doesn't crowd out other things that matter — time with family, fitness, work, hobbies, and social connections. If gaming starts to feel like an obligation rather than a choice, that's a signal worth paying attention to.
Help Is Available for Every Player
If you are concerned about your own gambling behaviour — or about someone else's — reaching out for support is the right thing to do, and it takes real courage. pt 365's responsible gaming team is available 24/7 and takes all such contacts seriously, with full discretion and without judgment.
Whether you want to set limits, request a self-exclusion, ask about how our responsible gaming tools work, or simply talk to someone about what you're experiencing, our team is here. You can also take a break from gaming immediately — no explanation needed — using the cooling-off tool in your account settings.
Pakistan does not yet have a national gambling helpline dedicated specifically to online gaming. If you need professional counselling support for problem gambling or related mental health concerns, pt 365 encourages you to speak with a licensed counsellor or psychologist in your area, or to contact pt 365's responsible gaming team as a first step — we can provide guidance on where to turn.
